In the “we get it done” ("Wir packen' s an“) theme week, the RTL Media Group devotes an entire week to the topic of sustainability. In the process, the stations are reporting in many of their programs specifically on the topics of sustainable living with many exciting projects and ideas.

The topic of solar energy as one of the most important pillars of sustainable energy supply was therefore given attention in many reports. However, it was also about new and innovative approaches in this field that are suitable to take solar energy to the next level. The unique potential of our solar films did not go unnoticed by the editors of the RTL broadcasting group, and so a camera team visited us in Dresden in mid-September. In addition to a comprehensive interview with Heliatek CEO Guido van Tartwijk, special attention was paid to how the unique solar films are manufactured in Dresden and what versatile applications they offer.

The first broadcast of the report took place on 18.10.2023 on “RTL Aktuell” with Peter Kloeppel in the early evening program. A further contribution appeared on the news channel N-TV. Further and more comprehensive contributions are still planned.
